Mr. Adishesh started Scogen with an aim of introducing revolutionizing water treating solutions. With this aim, he started designing and developing effective M3RP technology and supporting companies in treating waste water well. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, he brings with himself a great experience of 48 years in working on burners, turbines, boilers and other combustion technologies. His complete engineering know-how, business experience and analytical mindset has made the company reach at the top of the industry. 

Mr. Abijith is handling the position of Director of International Business at the company. He completed his Mechanical Engineering from a notable university and then did MBA from reputed IE Business School (Madrid). He supported Mr. Adishesh in the development M3RP for the successful start of the company. He has worked for Gas Turbine Power Plant company in Canada, as an Applications Engineer, which gained him insight of the industry and brought him huge experience in project handling. 

Mr. Dheerendra has five years of experience of working with Swadeshi Polytex. After this company, he joined Aker Solutions in the year 1990 and worked hard to become CEO/Managing Director of the company before retiring in the year 2010. With his rich industrial experience, he adds value to the team of Scogen by handling projects in a perfect and responsible manner. His expertise gained him experience in handling Engineering Procurement and Construction Management and handle projects of USD 20 Million and above. 

Mr. Jagdip is one of the key members in the profitable development of M3RP and other water treatment technologies. His understanding of the engineering concept and education in the field of Mechanical Engineer brought him complete know-how of commissioning, installation and project management of advanced solutions Hiss problem solving attitude and calm personality has made Scogen, one of the hi-tech organizations of India.

Mr. Philip Bridges formed Ambient Energy LLC to develop modern commercially viable waste streams. Using our registered M3RP technology, his team of experts is designing and producing advanced thermal distillation systems. He brings a great experience in recovery/waste management with focus over thermal conversion processes. He has worked as an Administrator for seven years in Solid Waste Management Department. Given his 30 plus years of experience, he is successfully and carefully handling commercialisation of projects in the worldwide. He has been an active part of various private organizations as a senior where he guided professionals in smart and cost-effective development of modern recycling technology (thermal distillation) for municipal solid waste, tyres, used consumer plastic items, etc. The widely famous and reputed The American Plastic Council supported the use of thermal distillation technology, one of the major projects of Mr. Philip, for attaining best results in water treatment.

Dr. Prof. V V N Kishore possess three decades of experience in working in the sector of renewable energy utilization, which consists basic research, development of product, quality inspection, execution of projects, consultancy and more. He has written eight books so far and made 160 publications in journals. He also has to his name eight patents. He has experience of working as a Consultant in World Bank and Winrock International (Washington). Also he is a Visiting scholar at notable Harvard University and Kennedy School of Government.
